Every organisation listed has a right of reply.

Responding to a review

Use the “Respond on behalf of…” link beneath any review. Responses are published beneath the review and clearly labelled as an official response. We check that each response has come from the organisation, usually by confirming the sender’s official email address, before it appears.

Please don’t include the reviewer’s personal information or details of their case.

Correcting your fact file

We take fact-file information from official public sources and record when we last checked it. If anything is out of date, contact us with a link to the correct information and we’ll update it.

Reviews you think break our guidelines

Use the “Report” link on the review. A moderator will check it against our guidelines.
